How do I create a profile on your website?

To create a profile, simply click on the “Sign Up” button and follow the prompts to enter your details.

Your profile is linked to one primary device. However, you can add one additional device to access your programmes.

Log in to your account, go to “Settings,” and select “Add Device.” Follow the instructions to link your new device.

We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, and Payfast.

No, all our programmes are offered as one-time purchases with no hidden fees or subscriptions.

Due to the digital nature of our programmes, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to providing excellent customer support to address any concerns.

We plan on adding more players position programmes and strength and conditioning programmes in the future. Please note that we do not add content to existing programmes as they are offered for a one-time fee only.

No — your login is tied to the device used during sign‑up. However, after completing registration, you’re eligible to purchase one additional login for use on a second device. To add an additional device to your account – simply try signing in on a new device and select purchase a new device when promted.
