• The Rugby Guyd does not represent athletes in any capacity. We are not an agent, manager, or intermediary and do not negotiate contracts on behalf of players.

• Any partnerships we maintain with clubs, organisations, or service providers are strictly collaborative and do not constitute formal representation of any player.

• We conduct reasonable due diligence to identify suitable playing or development opportunities for users; however, we cannot guarantee that an opportunity will be offered, available, or appropriate.

• All decisions regarding trials, signings, communication, or engagement with players are made solely by third-party clubs or organisations.

• The Rugby Guyd is not responsible for the outcome of any communication, negotiation, or process between the player and third-party organisations.

• Users remain responsible for evaluating and deciding whether any opportunity is right for them.

15. User Accounts and Device Access

Access to purchased programs is linked to the user’s account and the device used to access them.

Each program purchase grants access for one device only.

• If a user loses access to their device, they may reset their account to regain access on the same device. (contact support for help)
• To access programs on a different device, users must purchase an additional device slot.
• Sharing login credentials or using a single account across multiple users or devices (without purchasing additional device slots) is strictly prohibited.
• The Rugby Guyd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
• This policy is designed to protect the integrity of the programs and prevent unauthorised access.
